Going to the post box can be a little like Christmas at Angels for the Forgotten. Every time we receive a parcel of hand made goodies, our volunteers gather around to see what has arrived. There is always a chorus of oohs and aahs as each item is unpacked. Many times we have been reduced to tears when we have seen what has been created (in a good way of course!).
These pictures are some of the items from a lovely parcel sent to us from one of our regular sewers, Mel in SE QLD, it included:- 4 journals 2 baby beanies 14 teen slouch beanies 4 pillow cases 10 leggings (2 sizes for littlies) & 45 boy toiletry bags!
Thanks Mel, we know this bundle of lovelies will make some children very happy!
